You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and contractors to make sure every project runs smoothly, stays within budget, and meets the highest quality standards. 🧱 What You’ll Do Before Construction: 🔹 Prepare detailed cost plans, estimates, and Bills of Quantities (BoQs) 🔹 Conduct feasibility studies and recommend procurement strategies 🔹 Prepare tender documents, analyze bids, and identify the best value offers During Construction: 🔹 Manage contracts, variations, and valuations for ongoing works 🔹 Oversee payments and implement strong cost control measures 🔹 Identify risks early and support timely project delivery After Construction: 🔹 Prepare and finalize project accounts with contractors 🔹 Keep accurate and organized cost and documentation records 🎓 What You’ll Bring ✅ Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field ✅ Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing building and civil works projects ✅ Proficiency in cost estimation and project software like BuildSoft, CostX, or similar tools ✅ Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations ✅ Excellent analytical, numerical, and negotiation skills ✅ A keen eye for detail, integrity, and teamwork 🌟 Why Work With Us At Dapalk Consortium Limited, we value excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
