✔️ Manage event logistics: travel, accommodation, venues, and transportation.
✔️ Oversee vendor management, procurement, and contract compliance.
✔️ Support participant payments, stipends, and documentation.
✔️ Review invoices, expense reports, and prepare reconciliations.
✔️ Assist in financial forecasting, audits, and budget management.
✔️ Ensure compliance with IREX policies and donor regulations.
✔️ Collaborate with global teams and support monitoring & evaluation tasks.
